In Tuscany, about 3 km from Empoli and 35 km from Florence, Mauro and his son Duilio manage the farm purchased by their grandfather Quinto in 1949.
The 6 ha of hilly land are suitable for quality viticulture and olive growing.
The commitment and collaboration of the whole family carefully carry out the patient work of the land with passion and experience.

Chianti Riserva

Grapes: 90% Sangiovese, 10% Canaiolo
Vinification: fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with long and delicate maceration of the skins for about 20/22 days
Aging: in barrique for 124 months, then in the bottle for about 6 months
Color / Reflections: intense ruby with garnet reflections
Bouquet: complex and harmonious, alongside spicy and balsamic sensations it still maintains evident fruity notes
Taste / Taste: balanced, full, dense and velvety tannic texture
Alcoholic degree: 14,5% vol

Duilio – Merlot Toscano I.G.T.

Vinification: in vitrified concrete tanks with frequent pumping over aimed at accelerating the extraction of the skins. Maceration lasts about 20/25 days
Aging: in 225lt barriques for about 12 months, then in the bottle for about 6 months
Color / Reflections: very intense ruby red, with a slight violet hue on the nail
Bouquet: intense and penetrating, beautiful combination of fruity notes, cherry, toasted and coffee notes Taste / Taste: full, rich, enveloping on the palate, dry and long in the finish
Alcoholic degree: 14,5% vol

Chianti D.O.C.G.

Grapes: 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo
Vinification: fermentation in vitrified cement tanks with maceration of the skins for about 15/18 days
Maturation: in concrete tanks for about 6 months
Aging: in the bottle for about 3 months
Color / Reflections: bright and intense ruby with purple reflections
Bouquet: intense, fruity notes of currant and raspberry prevail, with floral scents
Taste / Taste: sapid, harmonious, with soft tans even in the finish
Alcoholic degree: 13% vol

Vin Santo dell’Empolese D.O.C.

Grapes: Trebbiano and Malvasia
Vinification: grapes dried for more than 60 days in special rooms
Aging: in small oak barrels for 36 months then, in the bottle for about 6 months
Color / Reflections: deep golden yellow
Bouquet: aromas of candied fruit, crem caramel and spices prevail on the nose
Taste / Taste: sweet and enveloping in the mouth
Alcoholic degree: 17% vol
