At the beginning of the seventies, when the farmers were still leaving the countryside to rush to the city, the Giannelli family instead began to renew the crops of the small I MORI farm, which has gradually expanded since then.
Today the company has reached an extension of 180 hectares, of which 62 are vineyards and 15 are olive groves.

Chianti I Mori

Varietal composition: Sangiovese 80%, Canaiolo 10%, Merlot 10%

Taste: dry, slightly tannin

Vin Santo del Chianti D.O.C.

Varietal composition: Trebbiano and Malvasia
Position of the land: Florentine hills, south of Florence.
Vinification: after 3 months of drying of the grapes on the mats
Aging: 4 years in oak or chestnut casks
Color: amber yellow
Smell: ethereal, intense
Taste: harmonious, velvety, sweet
