I could have chosen from many terms similar to these, to give a name to this wine, precisely to underline how much – in its first visual impact – it strikes for its impenetrable intensity of color and for its chromatic density, which are a prelude to the explosion olfactory and unparalleled gustatory consistency.
Instead I wanted to call it MITICAIA, because I consider it a myth, a dream come true, a goal achieved after many years of research in the fabulous world of Italian wine, where I found so much gratification and the fulfillment of my professional aspirations.
